Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and treatments
- Provide individual therapeutic interventions tailored to complex cases
- Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment progress
- Engage in professional development and adhere to ethical standards
Requirements:
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA.
- 6-year qualification in psychology.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Clinical Assessment and Intervention Skills: Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Capability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in documenting clinical notes and adhering to ethical standards.
- Autonomous Work Ability: Comfort in working independently while knowing when to seek support from management.
