Head of Design - Modular Construction Specialist
Location: Nenagh, Co. Tipperary
On behalf of our client who are a growing modular construction company specialising in modular housing and bathroom pods.
We're seeking an experienced Head of Design to join our team in Nenagh. This high-priority replacement role requires managing a complex CAD environment Utilising multiple systems.
Key Requirements
- Experience with Light Gauge Steel (IGS) construction OR strong steel framing construction background
- 4+ years experience in 3D CAD in the construction sector
- Minimum 4 years experience with Autodesk Revit
- Ability to manage multiple CAD systems
- Full-time, on-site position in Nenagh (5 days per week)

About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modular construction, experience managing complex CAD environments, and the ability to lead design teams effectively. While IGS experience is preferred, candidates with steel framing construction experience will also be considered.
