My client based in Dublin 4 have an immediate requirement for a Head of Finance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven finance professional to make their mark.
Key tasks include:
· Partner with Executive Management Team to provide high level financial insight and support
· Ensure accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reports are prepared and filed to EMEA set timelines.
· Partner with Heads of Department, providing comprehensive management information to enable improved performance and growth.
· Develop and continuously review appropriate reports
· Prepare the annual budget and review on a quarterly basis providing updated forecasts to UK/US.
· Identify, implement, and champion initiatives to deliver process efficiencies.
· Manage all financial reporting including annual Company Audit, Pension Audit and PSRA Audit, Taxation and Statutory regulatory requirements.
· Lead, motivate and coach all members of the Finance Team
The ideal candidate will be:
· Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA
· 5 years PQE
· Stakeholder management skills
