Head of Sales - International - required for a Large beauty brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across all channels to meet revenue targets and drive market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach both individual and team objectives.
- Establish effective pricing strategies and cost controls to maximize profit margins.
- Leverage customer data analysis to enhance upselling, cross-selling, and personalized offer strategies.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions and new product development (NPD) plans in collaboration with all commercial entities, including creating effective sales and promotional materials with the marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to enter new markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the beauty industry, particularly in skincare, cosmetics, and tanning products.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of inspiring and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
