Our Technology client has an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor for a 6 month contract, with the opportunity to work fully remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR function, executing HR operational processes and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Daily use of HRIS to manage HR transactions
- Provide HR support to employees throughout all stages of employment lifecycle
- Partner closely with other wider HR function to execute HR operational services
- Focus on employee experience, and data accuracy.
- Provide coaching and advice to employees and management on core HR policies and processes
- Maintain confidentiality of HR data and projects.
- System testing and reporting
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years’ experience working in a HR Operational environment
- Experience supporting multiple countries across EMEA (Highly desirable)
- HRIS knowledge and experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal)
