Our technology client, in Dublin City Centre, have an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join their team for a 12-month contract. Hybrid working available (3 days onsite). The successful candidates with support various projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth processes and efficiencies, and providing guidance on continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Partner with HR Shared Services team to ensure operational readiness for all operational processes, old and new.
- Ensure all HR compliance obligations are met.
- Offer solutions for continues process improvement and efficiency, that is user and employee friendly
- Understand various business requirements for processes and initiatives and cater/deliver solutions
- Ensure clear SLA in line with team expectations
- Analyse data trends & develop action plans
- Track and perform analysis of service delivery reports
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelors’ degree required.
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, working in shared services and/or HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of local HR practices, processes and programs.
- Previous experience with Workday or a HRIS preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics; and lean process improvement strategies
