Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global organisation in recruiting a HR Business Partner for busy area of their business for a 12 month FTC. Supporting a large head count, you will need to think on your feet, have strong robust HR experience and be able to build strong relationships.
Role and responsibilities:
- Lead, drive and engage a large workforce
- Champion change management projects
- Guide on best practice IR and ER cases and manage escalations accordingly
- Work to drive a high-performance culture and develop strong engagement
- Work with various parts of the business to develop best in class people plans in line with the business
Skill and experience required:
- Extensive HR experience with a strong operations background
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or retail would be an advantage
- Be a strong, logical decision maker
- Have excellent ability to build meaningful relationships
