My client who is responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a strong administrator for there HR team to support on a complex project. This role is for immediate start, will have a contract till the end of December with review for extension and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to
· Providing excellent levels of communication across the business
· Completing reports
· Providing excellent attention to detail reviewing complex spreadsheets
· Dealing with high volumes of document, data and emails
· Provide support and possibly work any additional hours needed at key milestones of the project
· Other ad hoc general administration
The successful candidate will be required to have
· At least 3 years’ experience within a busy administration position
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work with large volumes of DATA
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of Sharepoint
