Cpl in Partnership with our client Pfizer are seeking a HR Specialist to join the team at their Newbridge site for a 9 month fixed term contract This will be an onsite role.
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Specialist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. The HR Specialist responsibilities include overseeing HR programs and policies, managing employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, the administration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, and overseeing other Site Talent programs. Our ideal candidate is experienced with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, the role of the HR Specialist is to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labour laws.
Responsibilities:
- Administering and executing routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations.
- Administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Handling employee relations counselling.
- Conducting exit interviews and recommending corrective action if necessary.
- Administering and supporting DEI programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Overseeing and administering other Site Talent programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Analyst.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong systems skills and proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
