The (IS Trainer) is responsible for delivering high-quality and engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually. This role serves both veteran employees and new hires, aiming to empower all employees with the knowledge to effectively work within our integrated operations. The trainer will be deeply involved in the employee’s learning lifecycle from training delivery to continuous improvement of the client’s implementation standards through feedback.
A key focus will be to align learning solutions to the company’s operational needs and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver Implementation Standards and client specific training to all employees
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer through evaluation of employees learning progress
- Cross-function with Policy and Quality on various projects and processes
- Auditing all training materials and provide relevant improvement insights
- Collaborate with Training Coordinators to tailor onboarding programs based on new launches and policy updates
- Ensure Training Quality through regular evaluation of own performance through 360 feedback and completion of bi-weekly Policy tests
- Analyze satisfaction surveys and implement learning initiatives accordingly
- Analyze adult learning needs and adapt to different audiences needs
- Deliver refresher training to veteran reps as required
- Collaborate with the Global Training Team to improve the training process and proficiency of New Hires
- Drive initiatives to improve training alignments throughout PTQ
- Report monthly on personal efficiency and weekly on team performance
- Evaluate Implementation standards and flag any discrepancies to the client
- Mentor and upskill new team members to ensure team alignment
- Act as a POC for various projects and processes within the PTQ department
- Maintaining detailed records of training activities and progress

Candidate Experience:
- Must currently work within the following Business Lines: IO, GRO or LO
- Have successfully passed probation period
- Minimum score of 80% in the last 4 policy update tests
- Exemplify a positive work ethic
- No active disciplinary action
Location: Nova Atria, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Some weekend work is also required.
