About the Role:

Our client is a leading international software company and is looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join their team and help bring sustainability and impact initiatives to life for employees across the entire company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in internal communications while supporting programs that make a difference. From writing blog posts to managing newsletters and analyzing communication impact, you’ll play a key role in keeping employees informed, inspired, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Write, edit, and manage internal communications across various channels.
- Lead the development of a monthly internal newsletter, including content aggregation, copywriting, and basic design.
- Craft engaging blog posts and other communication assets to support key campaigns.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to plan and schedule communications effectively.
Operations:
- Archive and organize existing communication materials for easy access.
- Oversee submission processes for internal newsletters and communication platforms.
Reporting & Research:
- Track and analyze the performance of internal communications to improve strategy.
- Conduct research to support content creation and communication planning.
About You:
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content creation (internships count!).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, editing, and proofreading.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to help create positive change.
- Basic photo editing skills and a creative mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- An inclusive and thoughtful approach to communication.
- The ability to work independently, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience writing for a range of mediums (email, chat, blogs, video scripts).
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
