Responsibilities:
Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers to ensure key messages are communicated clearly and consistent
Execute the internal communications strategy
Be an ambassador for the company strategy, ensuring all communications are on brand and create maximum levels of employee engagement
Plan, edit and write content for internal communications
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization and consistent with external communication messages
Create and execute campaigns that enhance the company's visibility
Requirements:
3+ experience in a similar role essential
Experience working in a fast-paced technology company essential
Relevant Degree/Qualifications
Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills
Strong judgement and the ability to respond promptly to urgent matters
Superlative collaboration skills
Excellent project management skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven experience developing written content for communications
Passion for finding and telling stories that connect to brand, mission and purpose
