Job Description
The IT Sales Representative will play a crucial role in developing and executing inside sales campaigns, leveraging a variety of channels including phone, email, web and LinkedIn. The primary objective of the campaigns will be to schedule meetings between the prospect and our consultants. Campaigns will be managed from our CRM system and all lead interactions need to be recorded. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing basic IT quotes. Our solutions engineers will provide the technical input needed when building solutions for IT quotes, but you should have a good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals. An understanding of the services provided by an MSP is essential as a foundation on which to further your knowledge. We will provide full training on our service offering and the needs each service addresses.
Key Responsibilities
· Execution of inside sales campaigns to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
· Preparation of quotes for IT hardware and software products, tailored to client specifications and needs.
· Collaborating with the technical team to build IT quotes and ensure seamless service delivery.
· Keeping detailed records of interactions with clients and prospects, updating CRM systems accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
· Proven experience in IT sales, preferably within an MSP environment.
· An understanding of the services provided by an MSP and the typical needs of MSP clients.
· Excellent knowledge of IT hardware specifications, especially PC hardware.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
· Proficiency in using various communication channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn and MS Teams.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed quotes.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
· A proactive and motivated attitude, with a passion for technology and helping clients achieve their goals.
