Responsibilities
• Examine daily Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivative inventory prices from a variety of sources, including brokers, Bloomberg, pricing services, and portfolio managers
•Examine discrepancies, decide whether upgrades are necessary, and fix the main pricing system and other systems
•Interact with Product Control, Risk Management, Finance Operations, Portfolio Managers, and External Pricing Vendors to ensure that accurate and consistent prices are reflected in both trading and accounting systems
• Put in place a strong set of procedural controls for reporting price exceptions, such as escalation, aging of exceptions
•Prepare presentations for team management to track project progress and present controls, and review pricing in Markit EDM (the major pricing system)
• Keep track of Pricing Team control paperwork
Requirements
•University degree, preferably in finance, investment, or economics.
•A strong command of the English language
•Strong attention to detail and understanding of pricing of financial markets.
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Brutto’s base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is the minimum salary offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits, or a variable part of the salary.
