Your mission...
Is to work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives and provide excellent customer service so that they can better understand the company's products and be able to treat their patients.
Your every day...
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone and email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Manage customers' accounts
- Confirm pricing structure
- Maintain customer databases
To thrive in this role, you need...
- Experience handling and processing inbound requests from customers and outbound calling
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in German and English (plus French, Spanish, Italian Or Nordic language)
- Good Communication, Listening and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and Attention to detail
What's in it for you?
- Salary range of €35,000 - €40,000 base salary per annum - depending on experience
- Location is based in Friedrichsdorf, 30mins from Frankfurt.
