Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise manufacturing processes for biologics production, including upstream cell culture and downstream purification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance yield, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to transfer new processes into manufacturing.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP and other regulatory standards during production activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Advanced degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with expertise in upstream and/or downstream processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and process validation.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and techniques (e.g., chromatography, filtration systems).
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
