Responsibilities:
- Dicta Typing of medical Transcripts essential
- To carry out all typing duties proficiently with particular attention to accuracy, presentation and speed.
- Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to the designated area.
- To devise and implement methods of ensuring the efficiency and quality of the administrative support to the Consultant
- To conduct all telephone communication in a professional and discreet manner
- To ensure all patient records are accurately maintained.
- Update and maintain the relevant hospital information systems
- Book and arrange appointments accurately for the Clinic,
- Typing of reports and postage of reports in an efficient and timely manner utilising the various systems being used.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality on all aspects of patient care
