Overall Summary:
A leading player in the mortgage sector, my client is now recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Advisor for their team. The successful candidate will be part of dedicated mortgage sales business team and be responsible for the execution of delivery of mortgage completions in an online digital environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Actively managing leads to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provision of proactive and reactive customer support and advice to mortgage customers via digital and remote contact
- Own the customer journey-handle each mortgage lead from initial enquiry to drawdown
- Delivery of mortgage completion and drawdown targets through optimising customer experience and best in class pipeline management activities.
- Work closely with Mortgage Manager and sales and product colleagues to review and refine mortgage sales practices.
- Reporting of outcomes and progress versus objectives to Mortgage Manager.
- Identify process blockers and working with the Mortgage Manager and Mortgage team to overcome within the context of the agreed end to end objectives.
Your Experience & Skills:
- 2-3 experience in mortgage new business end to end.
- QFA (min.) or Professional Banker requirement
- Full understanding of the regulatory environment for mortgages
- Proven experience supporting customers in both a pro-active and reactive environment
- Good record in the delivery of application to conversions.
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills across Microsoft suite
