Home Buying sits within Retail Ireland and is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for mortgage loans in the Republic of Ireland, to include all aspects of mortgage markets, risk profile, returns, costs, fulfilment, servicing and market positioning.
What’s the opportunity?
This is a permanent role with Bank of Ireland. Commences with a full-time onsite training programme over an 4-week period.
The opportunity is to work on a busy and innovative team and develop your mortgage knowledge. You will be taking care of inbound and outbound calls from our customers, supporting them in all aspects of their queries. You'll be a key player in completing quality retention conversations and to us help identify new business opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
- QFA is the preferred qualification however applications from individuals who hold APA Loans, Regulations and Savings & Investments will be accepted on the understanding, that, if successful at interview, they will commit to attaining QFA
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
- Experience in Mortgages applications to draw down essential

- The required levels of proficiency are being achieved by you in line with role expectations

Conditions:
- Permanent contract after probationary period
- Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:30
- Hybrid 2 or 3 days in Tallaght office or in Kilkenny the rest from home (Depending on your Location)
- 23 days holiday
