NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER
My client, a globally recognised provider of innovative CRM solutions, helping small businesses in over 80 countries shift their focus from data storage to proactive sales growth. In 2024, Forbes Advisor named us one of the best simple CRMs in the world.
As the product continues to evolve, we are seeking a self-motivated New Business Account Executive to drive our outbound and lead generation efforts. You’ll play a pivotal part in growing the company and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on increasing paid subscriptions through strategic outreach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Become a product and industry expert to deliver high-quality demos and clearly communicate the company value.
- Take ownership of the prospecting process, including identifying and contacting potential customers.
- Create and automate end-to-end outreach campaigns across different channels.
- Support prospects through the full sales cycle from the first engagement to subscription.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Execute the company lead generation strategy.
- Keep accurate records in CRM.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in cold outreach, outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- A hunter mentality to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and handle objections.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
