Our client in Ireland is looking for an OD Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, with a salary of €26,000. The successful candidate will collaborate with the OD team and internal stakeholders to support initiatives focused on learning and development, employee engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness. The role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, based in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities Required:
· Manage new employee onboarding and quarterly induction events.
· Support Learning Academy by organising training and maintaining records.
· Assist in probation reviews, performance processes, and mentoring programmes.
· Handle communications, including emails, newsletters, and reports.
· Help organise the Employee Survey and follow-up actions.
· Support the IDA Graduate programme and recruitment process.
· Assist with HR systems (LMS and TMS) and ensure accurate data.
· Provide support for recruitment and HR operations when needed.
Experience Required:
· Strong communication and relationship building skills.
· Able to negotiate, manage projects, and network effectively.
· Experience with HR systems, reporting, and training.
· Must be organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
· Relevant Level 8 degree is essential.
· HR experience and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are a plus.
· Must maintain confidentiality and flexibility in work hours and travel.
