My client is looking for a Personal Lines Advisor in Dublin. The role provides an opportunity to get experience in the areas of; customer service, customer retention, policy administration, and sales – across home, life, and motor products.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
• Deliver phone-based support to customers on all aspects of general insurance.
• Respond to customer queries relating to home, life and motor products
• Identify upsell opportunities for additional policy benefits
• Contact targeted renewals to drive retention targets
• Cross-sell prospects for additional products
Your Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will:
Qualified Approved Product Advisor (APA) for Personal General Insurance is necessary for this position.
• The APA for Life Assurance is also desirable
• Excellent phone manner & communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office Products
• Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Have attention to detail & ability to interpret data
• Have an enthusiastic, professional, positive, and flexible approach that includes the ability to self-motivate
• Be resilient and adaptable
• Have good negotiation skills to close offer & be target focused
• Have quick learning capabilities
