About the Opportunity
The Project Lead will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires significant experience in a high-regulated environment, ideally within pharmaceutical production. The team is known for safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform procurement, equipment acceptance, and report regularly on project status.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver right-first-time project deployment.
- Strong communication skills to convey project goals and progress to stakeholders.
- Support project participants to overcome obstacles when needed.
- Responsible for performance metrics related to budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
- Knowledge of automation and systems projects is advantageous.

Essential Requirements
