Quality Assurance Specialist
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance specialist to work within our expanding supply chain team to develop our quality assurance activity. This new role will advance our QA program, working closely with our internal supply chain, compliance and product functions as well as external partners to develop our compliance and controls whilst adhering to relevant regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
· Maintain and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, internal and customer-specific requirements
· Develop SOPs for Quality Control processes, to support onsite QC activities
· Report on quality conformance process and inspections across internal and supply base production processes
· Oversee adherence to quality regulatory standards
· Assist in the preparation and successful execution of internal and third-party audits
· Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance and improvement program, providing a CAPA approach to quality within company
· Prepare and review documentation for regulatory and customer requirements
· Develop, analyse, and report on Quality KPIs and Metrics for the business
· Drive a continuous improvement program and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting
· Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality and/or production challenges
The successful candidate will have
· ISO Quality Monitoring and Measurement, Quality Assurance, or related training
· High degree of numeracy, with an emphasis on detail and numbers
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA role
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and develop concise dashboards and reporting
· Knowledge of QA in the textile industry a distinct advantage
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
