My client in the beauty industry is looking to recruit a full-time permanent receptionist for their offices in North Dublin.
They have an opening for an enthusiastic, professional customer service receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a reception role and have strong administration skills.
Responsibilities
Reception duties - meet and greet clients and visitors, managing a high volume of calls and emails.
General administration – acting as a support role to other departments, processing orders, taking payments, administration tasks, tracking of orders, knowledge of skincare products distributed by them, ordering head office supplies and data entry.
Customer Service - handling customer queries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner to uphold the customer service standard provided.
Requirements
· Knowledge of the MS Office Systems.
· Strong administration skills.
· Excellent client communication skills both written and verbal.
· Communicating effectively within the team.
· Experience in the skincare industry a benefit but not a requirement.
· The role’s requirements occasionally evolve over time to meet the necessities of the company’s growth meaning flexibility and enthusiasm to learn is a must.
· This position is office based at our head office quarters in Howth on a full-time basis.
