Role:
· Receptionist / office manager required for a busy Chartered Accountant practice in Dublin 2
· Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Description:
· First point of contact for clients – answering phones, manning reception
· Monitoring the overall running of the office: post and couriers, stationery orders, petty cash
· Liaising with suppliers such as cleaners, shredders etc.
· Managing IT issues (with our external IT service providers)
· Maintaining client contact lists and shared calendars
· Managing filing and off-site archiving systems
· Providing administrative support to partners
· Ad-hoc projects
Requirments:
· Confident, articulate and professional – comfortable both dealing with clients and other staff
· Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
· Motivated and capable of working independently
· Prior experience in an office environment
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office
