Role Overview
As a full 360 recruiter, you will build and manage client relationships within the tech market, developing new business opportunities. The team on Technology are all experienced recruiters. We work hard and most importantly, help each other out. We have a great team that really push each other on.
We operate across 14 countries including Ireland, The United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, The Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, The United States, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify candidates to meet job requirements.
- Develop and manage client accounts.
- Business Development
- Exemplify Cpl’s best practices and core values.
- Gain deep understanding of the IT sector.
- Positively engage in social media for networking and client relations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar 360 role within a recruitment agency, focusing on the Irish market ideally.
- Effective communicator and influencer with strong energy and presentation skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Multitasker, delivery-focused, motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and positive.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
Note: Candidates must be based in Ireland and live within a commutable distance to Dublin city centre.
