Our client is a premier supplier of specialized building products in Ireland. Their cutting-edge and industry-leading product range includes everything from doors to floors, roofs to windows, and outdoor surface solutions, as well as their unique roofing systems and extensions.
We are looking to hire a Regional Account Manager to work Monday to Friday, covering the entire Leinster region. The main responsibility will be to drive new business by establishing new accounts for our client, while also nurturing existing accounts and boosting their purchases through range selling, introducing new products, and supporting their growth.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager will be instrumental in accelerating sales growth across the sales territory. Given the importance of this role to our success and growth, we expect you to bring a high level of energy and interpersonal skills, take on responsibility and accountability, and proactively seek out new opportunities.
Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes:
- Proven track record of success in a Trade Sales role in the FMCG sector (food or none food)
- Experience within the Builders, Roofing or Plumbers Merchant sectors.
- A proven effective team player with the ability to be flexible in order to deal with day to day challenges.
- A clean driving license.
