Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced staff nurses for the role of Renal Clinic Manager. This role will involve managing and leading the nursing & support teams, in the care of patients with renal failure attending the clinic, which has been established to supplement and support the existing renal services being offered in the public health service clinically and professionally.
The Clinic Manager has responsibility in service planning, development, coordinating, managing activity and resources in the clinic to ensure delivery of agreed levels of service. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for the local operational, quality and vigilance management of the Dialysis Unit with support from the Renal Business Lead, encompassing efficient implementation and assessment of standards of patient care and needs, managing effective use of unit resources, whilst equating the balance between quality and cost efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
· Registered Nurse with the INMB
· Minimum of 5 years post registration experience with 3 years minimum in renal care.
· Completed the P. Grad Dip. In Nursing Specialist Renal or be willing to undertake upon commencement of role.
· Management Qualification, desirable
· People Management experience, essential
· Demonstrate financial knowledge in relation to healthcare and staffing resources.
