Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Social Worker at the management level, for the role of Safeguarding and Protection Manager.
We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker on behalf of a reputable service in providing valuable services for people with intellectual disabilities and other kinds of special needs.
This Hybrid role is based in Kildare (travel to the various communities is also required as part of the role).
The chosen candidate will act as a full support function to the organization in ensuring Community Members with Support Needs are safeguarded and protected from all forms of abuse and will support Communities with all matters related to safeguarding. Whilst doing this, the Manager will supervise and lead all staff within the Safeguarding Team.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
· Minimum level 8 in Social Work and registration with CORU.
· Hold a Full Driver’s License (traveling within duty will be required)
· A strong knowledge base surrounding Safeguarding
· Eligibility to Work in Ireland
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
