Sales Consultants (German)

Very simple: we need driven, motivated and passionate German fluent speakers to our Client in their fast growing DACH Team of both Lease Consultants & Site Acquisition Consultants, depending on your approach to Sales: are you more a Hunter or a Framer kind of type?  

These are both very exciting, enjoyable and rewarding position, based in Dublin 2, where you (Lease Consultant) will be mainly asked to:

•       Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts in our Client’s management tool Live Track; 

•       Make Outbound and inbound calls, according to the needs;

•       Renegotiate existing leasing contracts with business and private property owners; 

•       Liaise with Lease Processor Team to ensure correct issuing of new Leasing Documents;

•       Review leasing documents and ensuring conditions are implemented accordingly;

Where you (Site Acquisition Consultant) will be mainly asked to:

• Searching for suitable antenna locations and identifying potential landlords.
• Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports.
• Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms.
• Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack.
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals. 

You are the ideal candidate for this great role, if you are:

•       A totally fluent German speaker, with fully proficiency in English; 

•       Excellent with interpersonal & communication (verbal & written) skills.

•       Highly self-motivated & performance orientated; 

•       Having Inside Sales experience & experience reading legal and/or real estate documents would be an added advantage! 

Our Client, based Dublin City Centre, is offering a Permanent & full-time position with a generous basic salary plus a lovely commission structure. And after 6 months, you can work on a hybrid module. Please also note that on top of that, there are will be also benefits that include:
