Senior Supply Chain Solution Analyst
Location- Dublin 17- Remote work an option would need to visit office occasionally
Salary Range- €70-85 doe
The primary focus will be on maximizing the potential of Kinaxis RapidResponse to streamline supply chain operations, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead systems integration with ERP systems, demand planning, statistical forecasting, Supply planning, and S&OP workstreams for supply chain planning solution Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Manage and oversee supply chain analytics using Azure and Data Sphere platforms.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and cross -functional business teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of supply chain analytics solutions.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through comprehensive testing and validation.
- Lead change management and system security initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Perform system administrative activities and provide support to the operations run team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project management and business analysis practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role and more than 6 years in supply chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response applications
- Expert-level knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse (configuration, implementation, and optimization).
- Proven experience in supply chain management, business analysis, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in system integration, demand & supply planning, statistical forecasting, and S&OP processes.
