To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess at least a level 7 qualification in social care or an equivalent qualification
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience working in children's Residential services including experience in a key working role
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility in working hours is essential, including availability for weekends, daytime, evening, waking night and sleepover shifts
- A full, clean driver's license is required with both manual and automatic license being acceptable
