To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess at least a level 7 qualification in social care or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in a residential environment wit children is desirable but not mandatory
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Demonstrate the capacity to collaborate effectively with a team as well as to work autonomously
- Flexibility in working hours is essential, including availability for weekends, daytime, evening, waking night and sleepover shifts
- A full, clean driver's license is required with both manual and automatic license being acceptable
