About the Role:
We're seeking passionate individuals who are up-to-date with social dynamics, social media, and popular culture to join our team as Online Content Reviewers. This long-term project with one of our esteemed clients aims to make a genuine impact on people's lives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create, assess, and improve a large language model.
- Review guidelines and create sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.
- Review and edit content on websites, apps, or other digital platforms.
- Remove inappropriate or objectionable material and add or update content as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in SSA French (originating from an African country where French is the 1st or 2nd language).
- Cultural understanding of the market.
- No degree required, but it's a plus if you have one.
- Office experience is preferable but not mandatory.
- Reliability, consistency, and hard work.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with various projects.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland full-time (Stamp 4, Irish citizenship, or European, Access to Labour Market )
Contract:
- Full-time, permanent.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Working Hours: Day shift (9-5) OR Evening shift (6pm-2am) with no rotation.
- Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
- Evening Shift: 25% salary uplift for hours worked between 10pm and 2am.
- Travel Allowance: €12 per day (before tax) for evening shift.

IMPORTANT:
- Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be confident in dealing with sensitive content.
