Description: In this role, you will closely partner with the client's Service Delivery Manager to provide operational support for recruitment services. You will collaborate with the talent delivery team to understand role requirements and identify the ideal candidate profiles. Your responsibilities will encompass all administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks associated with your assigned clients.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours of Work: Mon- Fri 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duties include:
• Working collaboratively with the client’s teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Building out strategic sourcing project plans to meet requirements.
• Have a deep understanding of our client’s employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.
• Proactively engage talent and continually build a talent pools to meet our clients’ needs
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the clients technical & personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.
• Support the management of candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey
• Keep all recruitment activity correctly recorded on both client and Cpl systems
• Manage, coordinate & support all stakeholders especially hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
• Attend and support colleagues in weekly operations call with the client’s stakeholders
• Compile weekly reporting with support of SDM to be sent to client stakeholders
• Support with value-added services for our clients including marketing activities, candidates and client satisfaction indicators, training, advice and support to client stakeholders who are new to hiring in Ireland.
Requirements for this role
• MSc in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or another related field
• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery which must include the following:
o Experience working in a client-facing role in an RPO/MSP environment
o Experience working in greenfield projects or new business start-ups in Ireland
o Familiarity working with IDA clients and the various R&D grants and tax credits associated with these projects
o Working knowledge of various ATS such as Greenhouse or ICIMS
o Experience working as full 360 recruitment professional
