I'm seeking fluent German (Deutsch) speakers who are eager to kickstart their sales careers by offering Point of Sale (PoS) solutions tailored to small and medium-sized businesses.
Your mission...
As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for signing contracts with new clients in order to increase the amount of acquired merchants, turnover and profits. You will present the offer and make sales during the call or email to win new small to medium-sized customers via telephone or mail. You will support processes focused on customers’ database maintenance.
Your everyday...
- Establishing contacts with potential customers.
- Making sales calls; selling a full range of merchant processing products and related services.
- Explaining features and benefits of products and services for purposes of creating new sales opportunities.
- Initiating follow-up calls to ensure customer win and satisfaction.
- Signing agreements with new customers (card acceptance).
- Identifying opportunities, threats and advocacy-related activities.
- Communicating the organisation’s policies, procedures and practices to customers.
What you bring to the table...
- Fluency in the German language at a native level
- Very good working knowledge of the English language
- High school diploma or equivalent previous sales experience
- Telephone sales experience as Junior Telesales Agent or equivalent is nice to have, but not required

- You're someone who is located in Frankfurt or who is happy to relocate for the right opportunity
- You have fluency in German and English as a working language
- Full-time work availability: 40 hours a week
- You're someone who wants to learn, progress and develop your career
- You have very good communication skills / presentation (oral and written) coupled with the ability to use analytical data to support arguments
- You can work individually as well as in a team
- You're very good at time management
- You're strong, detailed knowledge of retail finance products and services
