Temporary administrators required in Dublin City Center

Responsibilities include:
- Oversea daily office administration across different departments
- Ensure an efficient work environment
- Answer incoming calls and email queries in a quick and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer secure to clients and customers, ensuring needs are met promptly
- Ad-hoc admin duties such as data entry, reporting, filing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role; reception, administration, customer service
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- High level of professionalism and reliability
