Trade Marketing Manager
Cpl are delighted to be working with Irish marketing and brand management company who are seeking a passionate Trade Marketing Manager for a Permanent contract in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a portfolio of exciting beverage and snack brands. This person will be commercially focused and understand trade marketing initiatives for the Irish & Northern Irish markets. This person will drive top of mind awareness and win the shopper at the moment of choice.
€45,000-€55,000 salary
Key Responsibilities:
· Be the brand guardian for the B&S (beverage and snack) portfolio, making sure all designs, principles, tone of voice and activations are a true brand fit and targeting the right audiences.
· Manage all aspects of Trade Marketing for brands in the B&S portfolio, liaising with key stakeholders within the wider business.
· Manage the brand budgets and delivery of all activity within the agreed budget while achieving volume targets.
· Drive best in class execution and evaluation of trade marketing plans including distribution, visibility, trade advocacy & ROS driving initiatives.
· Compile insightful monthly & quarterly sales & trade marketing reports, outlining progress Vs brand KPIs and Rate of Sale
· Brief in quarterly objectives to trade teams to ensure delivery of brand KPIs. Track and monitor KPIs and create assets to assist with KPI execution.
· Creation & management of POS, visibility tools, trade listings and consumer activations in trade
· Where necessary, successful management of trade and consumer led events, overseeing agency management.
Requirements:
· 2+ years trade marketing or related experience.
· Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
· An understanding and experience within the FMCG Industry desirable.
· Commercially minded with sound budget management experience.
· Analytical, strategic & ability to problem-solve and multitask.
· Passionate about consumer trends and building brands in the Irish marketplace.
· Strong communication & presentation skills.
· Full Irish driver’s license and access to your own car.
